We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Secretary to join our team based in the Warwickshire area to help, assist and manage two of the company's Directors. We are a small but busy firm with no two days the same! We require someone with PA and administration experience who has worked in a similar role. Your main responsibility is to deal with reports, letters, filing, emails, and valuations, so we do need an excellent typist, someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Typing / audio typing is a big part of the role, so you will need to have this skillset.
Working in Conveyancing / Legal is advantageous.
This is an office-based role - flexibility is offered if needed as long as core hours are met.
Part time approx 28-32 hours needed.
