Personal Assistant to the Chief Pharmacist and Deputy Chief Pharmacist

An opportunity has arisen to provide the Chief Pharmacist and Associate Director for Medicines Management and the Deputy Chief Pharmacist with an efficient, effective, administrative, secretarial, and organisational support service.

This role is part time, 30 hours.

We are looking for a proactive, highly competent and resilient individual to work within our dynamic team to ensure we have effective administrative, secretarial, and organisational support to the pharmacy leadership team.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the NHS, excellent administrative and organisational skills including minute taking, diary management, advanced IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ideally Share Point; attention to detail; the ability to work on your own initiative, independently and as a team player.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health, and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
