Job Opportunity: PA to the Executive Head Teacher

Location: Secondary School, Small Heath, Birmingham
Salary: 33,298 - 36,815 (Paid as a daily rate for the first 3 months)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Term Time: Term time only plus 6 weeks

T4S Education is excited to be recruiting for a dedicated and experienced PA to the Executive Head Teacher for a dynamic and supportive secondary school in Small Heath, Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and PA support to the Executive Head Teacher.
• Manage diaries, correspondence, and confidential documents efficiently.
• Support HR functions, including documentation and coordination.
• Liaise effectively with staff, governors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PA or in senior administration roles, ideally within education, but candidates from other sectors will be considered.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• HR support experience is desirable.
