The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Avon and Somerset is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. The Police and Crime Commissioner leads improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of policing, victim support and criminal justice services on behalf of local people. The role is based in Portishead, near Bristol.
Reporting to the Secretariat Manager, the Personal Assistant to the Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner, the Chief of Staff and the Chief Finance Officer is a key role within the Secretariat Team. The role will work at the heart of the Office of the PCC, providing essential support and diary management to the three principals, supporting each of them to fulfil their statutory duties and deliver the PCC’s strategic objectives.
