Founded in 2019, by 3 incredibly motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a Certified B Corp!

We currently manage almost 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2025 (and beyond!).

The Bit About The Role

As Personal Assistant to one of our Founder’s and CEO, your role is to ensure their time is managed as efficiently as possible. With multiple meetings per day, and extensive travel around our UK sites, you will be responsible for ensuring their diary is up to date (meetings often change at short notice!), and coordinate all travel bookings.

This is very much a partnership, and as such you will accompany the CEO to a significant number of meetings and events, (which will involve a mix of London and regional travel), to take minutes and support with any follow up action plans.

Administrative tasks include screening calls and email correspondence, preparing PowerPoint/Canva presentations and compiling information for both internal and external reports.

Due to the nature of this role, discretion and confidentiality is imperative.

A Bit About You

Your approach is intuitive and collaborative – we are looking for an ambassador who will proudly represent our CEO, the brand and our values.

Central to this is your communication style. You build authentic relationships naturally and with ease, and can confidently manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You understand the demands of working with a Senior Executive and are able to proactively anticipate their needs. You juggle conflicting priorities with a calm and considered manner.

As a mid size scaling business, the environment is changeable and fast paced. We are looking for someone who is highly adaptable, and values seeing their input make a tangible impact.

Most days will involve accompanying the CEO to our current and potential new sites, which are predominantly London based, though regional travel is also required. It is expected that you will be able to work from home 1 day per week.

Experience supporting a Senior Executive within the property, hospitality or luxury lifestyle brand industry would be highly advantageous.

Exceptional Written And Verbal Skills Are Essential.
