Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring that the executive's schedule runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized files to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Assist with proofreading documents and preparing reports for meetings.
  • Support various administrative tasks, including clerical work and office management duties.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.
  • Personal household management as needed.
  • Caring for the CEO's dog regularly, as well as when she travels.
  • Must have open availability and not have any responsibilities that restrict your work.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Expert in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly skilled with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a dynamic environment.
  • Must have your own vehicle.
