- Arrange travel and accommodation, building complex travel itineraries and providing updates as required on travel plans and changes.
- Manage the CEO’s expenses, submitting receipts and approvals to the Finance team in a timely manner.
- Manage CEO guest access, from liaising with facilities for building access to guest greeting and arranging catering as needed.
- Occasional support with urgent personal items or family commitments (e.g. invitations to events or personal errands).
- Help the Lead EA screen and prioritise emails for the CEO’s review as needed.
- Liaise with legal support, assisting with NDA preparation and organising correct signing and filing.
- Assist the Lead EA with actioning decisions, coordinating follow-ups, and executing tasks that support the strategic objectives of the CEO’s office.
- Provide backup support for critical projects or tasks when needed, ensuring continuity in the CEO’s support structure.
- Support the Lead EA with other administrative tasks as needed, including event coordination.
You should apply if you have:

- Flexible and adaptable, with an understanding of the demands of supporting a busy Executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and loyalty.
