Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established company who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their expanding team.

Location: Basildon - office based

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 p/a

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am till 5pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Duties will include:

1. Extensive diary management
2. Meeting coordination and scheduling, including preparing agendas and minutes
3. Booking, planning and coordinating UK and overseas travel
4. Preparing, formatting and issuing correspondence and documents
5. Inbox and to-do list management
6. Liaising internally and externally with individuals/teams and clients on behalf of the MD
7. Organising refreshments/lunches for meetings
8. Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
9. Planning and organising corporate events, meetings, conferences and exhibitions
10. Preparing and submitting expenses
11. Office administration and any other ad hoc duties that may arise

Skills:

1. Efficient, confident, and passionate PA who has experience supporting directors at a senior level
2. Highly organised with excellent time management, multitasking skills and a meticulous attention to detail
3. High level of discretion and trustworthiness
4. Able to work on own initiative and without direction
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels
6. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office with good touch-typing speed
