An established industry player is seeking a Personal Assistant to support multiple Directors within their Corporate division. This role involves extensive diary management and requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage demanding schedules effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders. This opportunity offers a chance to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of a dynamic team over a 12-month secondment.
As a Barclays Personal Assistant (PA), you will be providing extensive Personal Assistant support for multiple Directors within Barclays Corporate. You will be working with very key senior stakeholders who have demanding schedules. Prioritizing and influencing will be key to making this role a success. The role holder will be providing extensive and complex diary management, ensuring balance between workflow and meetings is achieved. This is a 12 months secondment.
