Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to Directors.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO & Managing Director to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our leadership team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide full administrative duties to two of the Company Directors.
  2. Organise and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  3. Arrange and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and action follow-ups.
  4. Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the directors.
  5. Handle confidential documents, maintain records, and oversee office administration tasks.
  6. Support directors with various projects, research, and ad hoc tasks.
  7. Plan company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  8. Role will also include personal PA duties as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  1. Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Confidence in prioritising tasks and remaining calm under pressure.
  5. Proactive in seeking clarification or assistance when required.
  6. Discretion and confidentiality.
  7. The ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  8. A friendly, positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  10. Experience with Canva desirable.
  11. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  12. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  13. Experience in a recruitment/sales environment highly desirable.
