About the Client:
A finance firm based in one of London's most iconic buildings in the heart of the City! With around 100 in the London office, this friendly team are growing.

About the Role:
This is a newly created Personal Assisant role which will involve providing support including (but not limited to):

  • Diary management to a team (up to MD level)
  • Travel arrangements - including international flights, visas, hotels and ground transfers
  • Processing expenses
  • Coordinating events
  • Reception duties when Receptionist is away from desk
  • Covering the C-Suite team during support staff absence
  • Ad-hoc administration and support to wider team.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous Assistant experience in a corporate environment is essential- financial or professional services preferred
  • Experience of supporting at Director / MD level or similar
  • Muck-in, 'no job too big or small' attitude
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role

Additional Information:

  • Salary is up to £60K depending on experience
  • This is newly created permanent opportunity - start date ASAP
  • Hours are 8am - 6pm, with some flexibility during quieter periods. While a rare occurrence, the business offer paid overtime for any out of hours support.
  • Benefits include healthcare, gym subsidy and a competitive discretionary bonus
  • Fully office-based.
