Executive Assistant to VP - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Vice President within a multinational enterprise with worldwide operations. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in central London. You must be able to commit to a 12 month FTC and start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing complex calendars and prioritising appointments
Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Organising events, conferences, and team activities
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handling confidential information with discretion
Supporting with administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in an executive assistant role
Experience in a corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
