Executive Assistant
Salary range £60 - 63k
West End Location
1 day work from home

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a prestigious, global private equity firm based in the heart of the West End. You will be working alongside a group of collaborative EAs and supporting a small group of execs on the deal side of the business.

This role is ideal for a confident EA with a "muck-in" attitude, proven experience supporting multiple stakeholders, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

What you will do as an EA at this firm

  1. Diary Management: Complete ownership, including extensive and ever changing scheduling.
  2. Travel Coordination: Frequent international travel arrangements.
  3. Inbox Management
  4. Meeting Preparation: Drafting board papers, research documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Logging all interactions in the CRM system and acting as a professional ambassador for the execs.
  6. Event Management: Organising client dinners, team offsites etc.
  7. Expense Management

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who has proven experience managing multiple stakeholders in a demanding and fast paced role within private equity, finance or alternative investment. An EA who is highly organised, proactive, and flexible with excellent attention to detail; A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and “no-ego” attitude. Fluency in French is a plus but not essential.
