Job description

A leading professional services firm working with top leaders around the world is looking for a full or part-time PA (4 days a week) to support their 2 Partners (one in the UK, one in Switzerland).

They are a wonderful team, very collaborative and supportive. Their offices are based in Mayfair.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Arranging meetings and calls both for the Partners and between Clients and Mentors
  2. Manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities for the Partners
  3. Working closely with the Partners to manage mentoring relationships by booking mentoring sessions
  4. Updating the Partners on the status of clients
  5. Handling contractual paperwork and invoicing for clients
  6. Managing and tracking all active client information in CRM including session bookings and event attendee lists (Salesforce)
  7. Managing the onboarding process for new mentees and new mentors looked after by the Partners. This involves explaining the process to the EAs of new mentees and relationship building and managing their offices with regards to what to expect when working with the business.
  8. Processing mentor session invoices and chasing any invoices not received from mentors
  9. Supporting the wider team with business development activities and the organisation of events including Forum Dinners, Mentor Meetings etc.

This will be an ongoing temporary role whilst they recruit for a permanent candidate- or temp to permanent if you are looking for a permanent role.

Salary: £47,250

This will be a hybrid role.
