Job description

Are you an amazing Personal Assistant who wants to make a difference in a friendly, vibrant, fulfilling environment? Are you looking for an opportunity to provide outstanding high level executive support for a senior leader and their office? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to work with the Director of Library and Cultural Services at Manchester Met University.

About the Role:

You will join Library and Cultural Services at an exciting time when our 120 strong team is designing a new library building to join the Manchester skyline.

The Library and Cultural Services team are resourceful and passionate about providing an excellent and evolving service to the University's 41,000 students and 5,000 staff. Our purpose and promise is clear. Innovation, service development and an outstanding customer experience mean everything to us. We are collaborative, inclusive, agile and bold. On joining us, you'll be welcomed into a dynamic and enthusiastic team. You'll get the chance to learn new skills, explore your interests, and get involved in exciting initiatives. This is a part-time role at 28 hours per week. The pattern of work will be agreed with the successful candidate.

About You:
