Personal Assistant – Office-Based

Location: Offices near Addlestone, Surrey

Salary: Up to £45,000 + excellent benefits

Are you an organised, proactive, and highly skilled Personal Assistant looking for an exciting new challenge? This thriving SME is seeking an experienced PA to provide dedicated support to two senior Directors in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

The role:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors’ schedules and business activities. Your role will involve a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks, requiring a high level of discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential correspondence and communications with professionalism
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising events, meetings, and ensuring all logistics are in place
  • Supporting with administrative and project-based tasks
  • Ensuring the Directors' time is optimised and prioritised effectively

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
