Site Manager - Permanent - Interior Fit Out - Manchester

MCG Construction are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor specialising in high-quality interior fit-out projects across Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take ownership of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Oversee fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.
  2. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations and ensure all work is carried out to industry standards.
  3. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain efficient site operations.
  4. Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate site records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify and address any site issues proactively to keep the project running smoothly.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager within interior fit-out projects.
  2. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  3. Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Please note: A minimum of two professional references will be required before your application can be presented to our client.
