Permanent Video and Motion Art Director - Luxury Fashion Content / Social Campaigns - Hybrid East London

Salary: up to £50K - £60K depending on experience

Location: Based in East London (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

Job Summary

Conceptually driven Art Director (Video Focus) developing high-level video campaigns and content for high-end fashion clients.
Keen eye for fashion aesthetics, emerging video trends, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Strategy

Create innovative video concepts for seasonal campaigns, brand films, and social content.

Execution & Art Direction

Conceptualize and art direct video shoots, ensuring strong narrative, visual style, and high-fashion execution.
Create mood boards, scripts, and shot lists to clearly communicate.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

Collaborate with production companies, external directors, editors, and motion graphic designers.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in video art direction, film production, and/or creative concept development.
Strong understanding of narrative structure, cinematography, lighting, and editing techniques.
Expertise in software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
