Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Registered Care Manager located in Porth. In your new role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day running of our 4 bedded Children's home supporting Young People with Emotional & Behavioral Disorders. This includes maintaining a high standard of care, ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and upholding CIW regulations. You will also work closely with children, their families, and other professionals to provide a nurturing, safe environment for our children.
