Performance Reporting Manager

This is a great job for someone who is experienced in financial performance management, ready to take on an exciting role that involves preparing financial reports and budgets, conducting complex variance analysis, and communicating findings to senior management. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with various departments, and providing professional financial guidance.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining financial models and forecasts, analysing financial data, and providing in-depth insights to support decision-making. You will prepare financial reports and presentations on key performance indicators, financial statements, and other metrics. Additionally, you will perform ad-hoc financial analysis, maintain financial dashboards and databases, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. You will also collaborate with other departments, provide professional financial guidance, and stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements. Your work will support the delivery of good customer outcomes and help the business achieve its financial objectives.
Full accounting qualification preferred – i.e. ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills
Strong communication – both written and verbal.
Ability to motivate change, manage stakeholders and influence
And most importantly, curiosity and desire to learn.
Starting salary between £45,000 and £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
