We’re a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our European performance marketing team. You'll support the Demand Capture (DC) activity for levi.com across Europe, driving revenue through multiple paid acquisition channels — including Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social, and other relevant tactics.

You will play an important part in developing and executing the performance marketing financial plan, delivering traffic and revenue targets across the region, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align media efforts and enhance the consumer experience.

Main Responsibilities

Paid Media & Demand Generation

  1. Support the build and delivery of Ecommerce’s Annual Financial Plan (AFP) and quarterly forecasts.
  2. Generate traffic and demand revenue through paid media channels.
  3. Define optimal channel mix in collaboration with the Performance Marketing and levi.com Trading teams.
  4. Set up and manage testing plans with the Media Agency for Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Reporting & Analysis

  1. Analyse performance data, benchmark marketing initiatives, and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
  2. Present performance results, insights, and trends to wider business teams in a value-driven format.
  3. Perform strategic analysis using internal and external data sources to support decision-making.
  4. Support delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with media partners such as Google, Meta, and others.
  5. Provide performance media data for MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) projects and evaluate findings to optimize spend.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Work with Brand Marketing, Creative, and levi.com teams to ensure alignment across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with Ecom Operations and Site Merchandising to align investment strategies with the commercial calendar and promotional campaigns (e.g. MSS, EOSS, BF).
  3. Drive campaign integration across brand and performance media to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  4. Manage asset creation and coordination between agencies, internal teams, and creative partners.

Agency & Partner Management

  1. Be the main contact for media agencies; lead briefings and guide internal initiatives.
  2. Challenge and support media partners to deliver on AFP targets.
  3. Educate team members within the Europe Cluster and Brand Marketing teams on demand capture activities and market trends.

About You

  1. Passionate about performance media, with a growth mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo.
  2. Proven experience in a performance marketing role.
  3. Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable using tools like Adobe Analytics.
  4. Effective at working cross-functionally and managing priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.
  5. Experienced in agency collaboration, reporting, and performance optimization.
  6. Experience with developing insights and recommendations to inform business strategies.
