Your Role at Kittl
As the Performance Marketing Manager at Kittl, you will drive our paid acquisition efforts and work across multiple channels, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and more. Your role is to ensure a healthy CPA across all performance marketing activities while testing new ideas and scaling budgets.
You will collaborate with multiple teams to execute paid campaigns, optimize ad spend, and help drive measurable results in customer acquisition. Your expertise in campaign optimization and scaling paid efforts globally will be critical to Kittl's mission to become the leading collaborative graphic design software for professionals.
What You'll Do
- Campaign management: Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
- Strategy development: Develop and execute strategies for paid media, including search, social, and display advertising, with clear performance objectives
- Performance optimization: Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing (A/B and multivariate) and data analysis, using key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Data analysis: Track and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement across all marketing channels
- Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, video creatives, and landing pages tailored to each platform's audience
- Budget management: Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns to maximize ROI
What you'll need
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of achieving results through Google, Meta, and YouTube ads
- Analytical skills: Strong quantitative and analytical background, either academically or professionally
- Digital marketing tools: Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, with experience in scaling campaigns
- A/B testing & optimization: Experienced in using A/B testing frameworks and optimizing campaigns for key performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS
- Targeting & segmentation: Solid understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and personalized targeting
- Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams such as creative, product, and acquisition
