The Role

Performance Marketing is at the heart of every growth stage company and plays a significant role in business success. We are looking for a talented individual to drive performance marketing for consumers across Paid Social and other paid digital channels.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Leading the identification of new digital and offline channels for Unbiased, by using your existing channel knowledge, and taking a build-measure-learn approach to explore new channels.
  • Collaborate with Head of Performance Marketing to develop a holistic performance marketing strategy (excluding PPC) that aligns with overall business goals. This involves understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Own the A/B testing process across creative, messaging and optimisation tactics.
  • Keeping marketing infrastructure updated, e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager to ensure tracking and attribution is correct and aligns with business results.
  • Campaign analysis and reporting: Utilise analytics tools and tracking platforms to measure campaign performance.
  • Attribution: help understand the true value of each channel and focus on incrementality.
  • Budget management and revenue forecasting.
  • Post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation.
  • Regular reporting on the performance to the main stakeholders (weekly, monthly and quarterly), including KPI Meetings.
  • Keep up-to-date with the digital industry to be aware of latest performance marketing trends.

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and testing online & offline channels.
  • Required: Experience in testing and scaling Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Preferred: experience testing and scaling offline channels including direct mail, door drops, inserts, DRTV and more.
  • Worked for an online brand optimising for leads or transactions, either client or agency side.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to articulate results to the wider business.
  • An understanding of tracking and attribution of digital channels.
  • Worked autonomously and be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaign performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.
  • A university degree in a business, marketing or a related subject.
