Performance Marketing Manager

(Biddable Account Manager/Paid Social Manager/ Paid Search Manager/ Programmatic)

Location: London. Hybrid working, 2 days in office in Central London.

Our client is a fast-paced global fintech (investing & Trading, tech-focused business) with offices in London, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Paid Media, Biddable Media, Paid Search, Paid Social campaigns, and Programmatic from agency or client side. As part of the Central Marketing team, you will report into the AVP of Performance Marketing. The focus is to challenge and drive the relationship with the performance marketing agency, building strategies to drive paid media performance and achieve the highest results. You will also be working closely with internal stakeholders and local global marketing teams to shape global acquisition strategies across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of Paid media campaigns for PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
  3. Work closely with external performance marketing agencies to ensure strategic alignment and best practices in paid media execution.
  4. Analyze data to optimize campaigns and drive strategic decisions.
  5. Oversee and project manage global campaigns across ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic).
  6. Set budgets for both short-term results and long-term growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing with deep knowledge of managing large budget paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
  2. Expertise in strategy development in performance marketing and user acquisition, and strong knowledge of testing to improve metrics.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills – the capability and confidence to challenge the performance agency and work with senior team members.
  4. Experienced in handling performance budgets across multiple channels and global markets.
  5. For Paid Search - you need to have used tools such as SA360. For Paid Social background - you need to be able to use Meta Ads and TikTok ads.
