This brilliant Midland's agency has such a great reputation in the industry for delivering great work and a great culture. They are now looking to recruit a skilled and ambitious Performance Marketing or Paid Media Manager into their growing digital team.

Description

As the Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

1. owning and managing all paid campaigns within the agency. Helping to create, optimise and report on them
2. Overseeing all PPC, display, paid digital and paid social within the agency
3. Monitoring and tracking campaign budgets and bid adjustments
4. Analysing campaign performance and reports internally
5. Working on and overseeing all global paid media campaigns, ensuring the right tone of voice across different markets
6. Reporting findings, optimisations and updates back to clients regularly
7. Suggesting and developing new campaigns and ideas for client campaigns
8. Tracking campaign performance against KPI’s and objectives

Experience

To be considered for the role of Performance Marketing Manager you must be able to show you have:

1. Paid media experience that covers search, display, social and PPC. Ideally gained within an agency
2. Any experience in SEO and web builds would be advantageous
3. A creative outlook but analytically in your approach
4. A hunger to continue learning about digital and investing in keeping up to date with changes
5. Any experience working on global paid media campaigns would be highly desirable

Remuneration
