Joining a digital company in Brighton and Hove, this is a brand new opportunity to lead their Digital Marketing team. You will be leveraging their website performance through Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Content, and driving activities across Email and their global websites.

Key responsibilities include for this Digital Marketing Director job:

  • Develop their current digital marketing strategy and optimise campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators, SEO specialists, social media managers, and PPC experts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget driving ROI.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all digital marketing channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and optimise SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Utilise web analytics tools to track user behaviour, conversion rates, and overall website performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies that resonate with target audiences, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and email newsletters.

What you will need for this Digital Marketing Director job:

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing for at least 8-10 years, ideally in B2C.
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Successfully been in a Performance Leadership role for several years, ideally at Director level, within the consumer-focused space.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experienced in Paid Media, SEO, CRM, CRO, Email Marketing, and Content Development to drive quality leads across websites.
  • Experienced in managing and motivating a team of digital marketers and agencies.
  • Skilled in budget management, delving into commercials and data to drive results.
