WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time in the office.
About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the successful Commercial Performance and Enablement (CP&E) team within the Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) Chief Operating Office to be at the forefront of driving the growth agenda!
The Performance Director (PD) reports into the Head of Commercial Performance and works in close partnership with the Managing Directors of Trading Sectors and Specialist Commercial Banking Sales (SCBS) to deliver performance oversight and key enablers to drive growth.
This provides an excellent opportunity to support in delivering BCB Commercial Banking Coverage’s (CBC) exciting growth ambitions and would suit colleagues looking to hone their leadership skills, build resilience, and influence senior colleagues on a national basis to deliver both our client and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering critical performance metrics and will work closely with senior regional and national leaders to positively influence performance.
