HiBob is seeking a Performance Copywriter to own the creative copy that fuels our performance marketing engine. You’ll focus on enhancing conversion rates across the funnel by crafting precise, persona-specific messaging tailored to various company sizes (with a focus on SMB and MM segments), regions, and roles.
As part of our Creative Guild, you’ll work closely with content writers, designers, and the performance marketing team to produce high-impact copy that drives measurable results.
3+ years of performance copywriting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Native English speaker and writer with a strong portfolio of high-performing marketing assets
Deep understanding of performance channels and CVR-driven creative strategy
Skilled at tailoring copy across personas, regions, and company sizes
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and creative stakeholders
Proficient in using AI tools and creative tech to scale content and boost efficiency
Familiarity with HR tech or workplace-related content is a plus
BA in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
Experience working in a creative pod, guild, or matrixed content team
Familiarity with creative automation platforms or experimentation tools like Mutiny, Unbounce, Jasper, or Copy.ai
Craft and iterate high-converting copy across paid ads (AdWords, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube), landing pages, microsites, email campaigns, and B2B SaaS assets like lead magnets and banners
Write scripts, UGC/creator concepts, and short-form content for social and video
Optimize and refresh underperforming or fatigued creatives to improve performance
Localize messaging for global markets with attention to cultural and regional nuances
Translate community and customer insights into impactful messaging and testimonials
Collaborate with teams across paid acquisition, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), CRO, and design
Work with CRO and Paid team on A/B testing and experimentation to drive funnel conversion
Support the buildout of a scalable, automated creative engine - balancing efficiency and personalisation
Use content scaling tools and technologies (e.g. AI writing assistants, CMS automation, analytics platforms) to reduce repetitive tasks and focus on creative strategy
Deliver clear creative briefs for agencies and creators, aligned with HiBob’s voice and value proposition, while collaborating closely with the Creative Guild
Actively participate in ideation sessions and concept development for performance and demand gen campaigns
