Job description

CityFibre provides wholesale connectivity to multiple business and consumer service providers, local authorities, and mobile operators.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable, and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value, and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives, and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a Performance Analyst

You will play a vital role in supporting both National and Regional FFN teams. You will be responsible for ensuring transparent and accurate reporting on the overall status and performance of projects, including identifying and reporting on potential risks and exceptions.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £48,000, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Establish new reporting, or optimise existing reporting, to drive efficient data insights within Tableau or chosen business systems.
  • Maintain the integrity of the programme baseline in support of programme performance measurement.
  • Support best practices in Risk, Issues, Opportunities, and Change Governance across projects, highlighting exceptions and trends.

Your keen analytical skills will be essential in providing insights that contribute to informed decision-making.

You’ll also have:

  • Detailed understanding of risk and change management methodologies.
  • Advanced operational knowledge of Salesforce, ability to create reporting with SMEs.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using data analytical tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Experience in Python programming language.
