Performance Analyst

At Abri, we’re looking for a Performance Analyst to help shape our business with high-quality data analysis and performance reporting. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring that our organisation and its reporting regions have accurate, insightful, and actionable performance measures.

We are a team of 19 where we provide performance management, customer insight, business insight, and research for Abri.

In this role, you'll deliver and analyse performance data to support operational and strategic decision-making. You’ll work collaboratively and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure robust and relevant reporting is delivered in a timely fashion. You'll support operational teams to understand their performance, champion success, and help drive improvement. You’ll generate written reports and insights up to Board level; therefore, strong writing and presentation skills are essential to ensure accuracy.

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for data analysis, the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights, strong communication skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business, and present findings effectively.

You'll be working from one of our Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), or Yeovil (BA22 8WN) offices a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues, and the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing, whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe, or at home.
