Our Belfast city centre Client, a fast paced, international professional services organisation, wishes to recruit an experienced People Systems Specialist. This is a new, permanent, HR Analysis/HRIS/HR reporting job, a unique blend of HR, analysis, metrics and process redesign and improvement.
The successful People/HR Systems Specialist will play a key role in the maintenance and ongoing support of the HRIS systems, SuccessFactors and SAP. The People Systems Specialist will support business analytics, system reporting, compliance and data integrity.
This HR Systems role is a niche requirement. The successful People Systems Specialist should be a graduate, proficient with HR systems, with in-depth experience managing various HRIS or Information Systems.
The Role
- System optimisation. Recommend and configure changes to current processes to provide a more effective use of HRIS/SuccessFactors and take the lead in implementing these changes
- Define and evaluate areas for improvement
- Perform and/or review configuration changes
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
- Liaise with Technology teams for improvements /management of integrations
- Participate in testing of configuration changes
- Manage and update documentation eg quick reference guides, business process maps, standard operating procedures
- Communicate system changes, upgrades and general information to end-users
- Establish and maintain security and integrity controls
The Person
- Degree in HR or Information Management with in-depth experience managing various HRIS/IS
- OR
- Equivalent HR Systems work experience
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors would be desirable
- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process and project management experience
- Strong mathematical/analytical aptitude, problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent data mining, manipulation and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills; high proficiencies in MS Excel (extensive experience in formulas and functions, pivot tables and charts)
