Job description

Job title – People Systems & MI Manager
Location – Sittingbourne, Croydon, or Farringdon (Hybrid)
Contract – Temporary ongoing 6 -12 months
Hours – Full time 35 hours per week
Start Date – ASAP

The Role Summary
This role leads the People Systems & MI Team, ensuring a proactive and effective HR systems service. The focus is on managing system improvements, delivering high-quality management information, and driving efficiencies. The role involves leading a team, overseeing system transitions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR reporting needs.
Your key duties within the role will include:
  1. Lead and manage a team, including a Senior People Systems & MI Analyst and two Analysts.
  2. Ensure People Systems (ResourceLink) are optimised, integrated, and effectively utilised.
  3. Support the transition from on-premise ResourceLink to HCM Cloud, enhancing business processes.
  4. Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.
  5. Deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Cognos, and Tableau.
  6. Align workforce data with finance salary budgets to support effective people management.
  7. Manage system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
  8. Ensure user access management, data accuracy checks, and compliance with GDPR.
  9. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, workflows, and reporting.
  10. Act as the HR systems SME, providing training and guidance on system functionality.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience leading a People Systems & MI team in an HR environment.
  2. Expertise in Zellis ResourceLink and system integration.
  3. Experience managing HR system implementations or upgrades.
  4. Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data reporting tools.
  5. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  6. Knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR related to HR systems.
  7. Strong leadership and people management experience, with a focus on team development and coaching.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
