People Operations Business Partner

Our People Operations Team have a busy and exciting year ahead. In 2025 we will be procuring and implementing a new HR Information System, ensuring that it meets the needs of staff and managers. We'll be pressing ahead on multiple projects to support our colleagues in building their skills in delivering excellent teaching to our students, as well as supporting the whole College in developing our new Strategic Plan with a particular focus on our organisational culture and values. We're also on the cusp of welcoming a new CEO into the organisation.

Job Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an additional People Operations Business Partner role on a 1 year FTC. We are seeking someone with significant experience in either a generalist or specialist advisory HR role, with operational experience of employment law and ER case management, as well as strong stakeholder management experience.
