Job Description:

If you love people and HR processes, this could be the role for you. We are looking for a proactive HR administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to excel in this field. You need to have great communication skills to explain different HR processes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone with previous HR experience or someone with experience in administration-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and oversee all new starters and leavers, completing inductions and payroll-related responsibilities.
  2. Handle employees' sensitive personal information with discretion, adhering to laws and regulations.
  3. Contribute to HR-related projects when needed, sharing knowledge and implementing solutions where you can.
  4. Monitor all correspondence that comes through the HR inbox and other communication methods, answering them swiftly and appropriately.
  5. Maintain excellent communication with internal and external parties through methods such as Teams, phone, and email.
  6. Maintain all HR files, keeping them correct and up to date.
  7. Complete all reference requests, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Working towards/completed CIPD qualification
  2. Administration experience preferred
  3. Organizational skills
  4. Good attention to detail
  5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, mainly Excel
