People & Culture Officer (Human Resources Officer)

We are a people powered business. We’re looking for a People & Culture Officer for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong who partners with the People & Culture team to empower Kimpton associates and champion our culture. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

1. Assisting the People & Culture Manager in screening, scheduling and conducting interviews
2. Supporting the Learning & Development Manager in training and development programme administration and preparation
3. Welcoming and orienting new team members of the hotel
4. Initiating and arranging associate activities to make us all become fans of Kimpton
5. Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures

What we need from you

1. A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, hospitality management or equivalent
2. A minimum of 4 years’ solid work experience in hotel human resources team
3. Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related laws
4. Proactive, agile, creative and a good team player
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
8. Fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
9. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant People & Culture Officer
