Hotel: Hong Kong TST (HKGKH), 11 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

As the People & Culture Assistant at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will provide vital administrative support to keep our People & Culture Department running seamlessly. You will also help coordinate essential HR functions while champion a work environment consistent with Kimpton’s Best Place to Work initiatives, come and join us.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • The heartbeat of the People & Culture team, providing top-notch administrative support that ensures smooth operations
  • Scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting training programme administration
  • Assisting in crafting a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.

What we need from you

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, hospitality management or equivalent
  • Proactive, agile, creative and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
