Job description

Are you looking for a people role where you will be part of a HR team that is supportive, collaborative, and driven to improve the employee experience?

This role offers:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the go-to HR presence for employees and line managers across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You will provide coaching and guidance to line managers, contribute to HR projects, support ER cases, and, most importantly, be that HR presence, looking out for the employees and helping to take stress away from the line managers.

You'll be confident, ready to take initiative, offer constructive insights, and serve as a trusted sounding board for the HR Manager. You will also need:

  • Experience in a HR generalist role
  • The ability to develop and advise on policies, procedures, and processes.
  • CIPD qualified to Level 5 is desirable but not essential.
Other Information:
  • Salary: Up to GBP31,000 (pro rata)
  • Working Hours: 24 P/W
  • Working Pattern: Ideally 3 full days, however, the company is open to how they are spread across the week.
  • Holidays: 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
