My client is a Legal 500 ranked firm who are looking to expand their Pensions team with a mid-to-senior level solicitor.
This opportunity focuses on finding bespoke legal solutions to pensions issues. The work is complex and engaging as you advise on transactions involving pension schemes in the public and private sectors.
The ideal candidate will have around 2+ years' experience in pensions law, including knowledge of the Pensions Act 2004 and 2008 and related legislation. Individuals with a background at another strong firm or team is also a major benefit.
