Alexander Lloyd is in partnership with one of the UK's fast growing Pensions Consultancies, with an excellent reputation from clients and employees alike. We are recruiting for a Pensions Sales Director to join the business on a permanent basis and be part of the exciting growth they are enjoying. This opportunity is a hybrid position and will be aligned to any of the UK offices across the UK and operate a flexible hybrid working arrangement. For the right candidate we would also be open to speaking with part-time candidates.

About the role:

As a Pensions Sales Director, the successful candidate will be part of the Operational Solutions team. You'll be at the forefront of helping some of the UK’s largest and most complex pensions schemes and deliver exceptional outcomes for their members.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead growth - drive business development in the pensions operations, data and benefit rectification space, building strong relationships and converting opportunities into successful outcomes.
  2. Consult - provide strategic support and guidance to clients, delivering high quality and forward-thinking solutions.
  3. Pension Projects - manage projects including GMP equalisation, data, and administration.
  4. Propositions development - influence strategic plans for growth of the Operational Solutions business support.
  5. Drive innovation - contribute to new tools and technologies for data management.
  6. Mentor and lead - support and grow individuals through coaching, leadership, and performance development.

Key skills and experience required:

  1. A strong track record of winning and delivering new business from within the pensions industry.
  2. Excellent communicator who is confident in leading pitches and building client relationships.
  3. An established network of industry relationships - ideally including independent trustees and senior pension stakeholders.
  4. Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for innovation.
  5. Strong people leader, experienced in mentoring and developing teams.
