The firm is looking for an experienced professional to lead the Pensions Data Projects team. This is a key role within a dynamic department that handles a diverse range of clients and provides top-notch services in pensions administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on de-risking activities, data analysis, benefit rectification, GMPe calculations, and data cleanse tasks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client managers, administration managers, and project leads.
  • Plan and manage team workload, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Estimate fees and timelines for project work.
  • Prepare and present project updates to clients and trustees.
  • Escalate complex technical queries to the appropriate support teams.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality, including automation of calculations.
  • Ensure all complaints and errors are reported and addressed promptly.
Background:
  • Extensive pension administration experience, including DB, DC pension arrangements.
  • Strong commercial awareness of the UK Pensions Market.
  • Experience in delivering data projects.
  • Background in a client-focused role within pensions administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and pension administration systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to members and clients.
