Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Pensions Manager to join a reputable local authority in Wiltshire. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
2. Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of pension policies.
3. Manage a team of pension professionals and ensure efficient service delivery.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of pension scheme changes.
5. Manage the administration and delivery of pension benefits, including pension forecasts and calculations.

Key Candidate Requirements:

1. Strong experience managing Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS).
2. In-depth knowledge of pensions legislation and regulations.
3. Proven leadership and team management experience.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
5. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Experience in pensions administration, financial management, and reporting.
7. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
