You will play a pivotal role interpreting and documenting Scheme Rules and developing processes. We work alongside the Data Team to onboard data and the Configuration Team to automate calculations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the production of requirement documentation.
  • Participating in project status calls.
  • Implementing the product(s)/service(s) on our technology platform(s).
  • Delivering tools to allow successful calculation automation and data migration.
  • Supporting the resolution of client queries and issues.
  • Supporting Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks.
  • Delivering end user documents to support Operational readiness and day to day administration.

What we’re looking for (ALL ESSENTIAL):

  • Pensions Administration experience, with good knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and the ability to interpret scheme rules.
  • Proven data analytical experience.
  • Experience with pensions and/or employee benefits administration processes/software.
  • Strong communication skills to relay information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
