Job Description:

Are you interested in working for an industry leading Master Trust proposition and have a passion for building excellent partnerships with clients?

Role responsibilities

  1. The main purpose is to proactively manage the relationship with a number of large, complex and strategic clients and provide each client with the best possible service.
  2. Support with new business sales pitches and oversee the transition of schemes onto the Master Trust with the objective of building the relationship with each client from an early stage.
  3. Continue to manage each client on an ongoing basis as part of BAU service delivery.
  4. Build a strong network with different internal stakeholders to assist with providing a top class service across the board.

Role requirements

  1. Excellent and in-depth knowledge across Defined Contribution Pension arrangements.
  2. A proven track record of successfully building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Top class communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Experience of working with a Master Trust would be advantageous but not essential.
