About the role

We have a unique permanent opportunity within our Penfolds Marketing Team for Assistant Brand Manager, EMEA. This role contributes directly to the overall brand growth in key markets through consumer awareness and recruitment strategies. This role is a gatekeeper of the brand, maintaining the highest degree of brand integrity and consistency in the region to drive desired outcomes in brand health year on year.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Create and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and recruitment.
  • Lead the coordination and execution of marketing plans, collaborating with key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Utilize consumer, shopper, and commercial insights to enhance brand executions and develop through-the-line campaigns.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations, ensuring robust and timely coordination with other marketing functions.
  • Provide analytical and marketing support to the Senior Brand Manager, oversee updates and submissions, and assist with administrative tasks.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a passion for marketing and ideally experience working in a Brand Marketing environment.

  • 3+ years of brand management experience, planning and executing events and media advertising campaigns, driving consumer experiences (multi-channel; online & offline) with true passion in consumer behaviours.
  • Experience managing agencies, strong project management & planning skills; excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals.
  • Technology savvy, up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a clear and confident communicator and ability to nurture strong relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
