Hybrid working (3 days in Leeds based office a week)

This role is for someone who has a passion for testing and is eager to learn.

What will you be doing?

• Hacking!
• Learning and developing penetration testing skills in: Infrastructure, Application (web, mobile, desktop), Cloud, and AI. Working through a clear and defined certification pathway.
• Delivering penetration tests to prestigious clients through well-established frameworks.
• Collaborating with senior testers to identify vulnerabilities and simulate real-world attack scenarios.
• Documenting findings in clear, actionable reports to help clients enhance their posture.

What we are looking for?

• Passion for technology, perhaps attended events or part of HackTheBox/TryHackMe or similar.
• Ability to write basic scripts.
• Degree not essential, but relevant study and some commercial experience would be desirable.
• Strong communication skills and desire to learn (ability to write reports in role).
• For the more senior positions available, you will have:
• Hands-on familiarity with tools like Nessus, Burp Suite, Qualys, and other industry testing tools.
• Penetration testing qualification (CompTIA, CPSA, or OSCP).
• Some practical experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
