Job Description

Role: Pega-Lead System Architect

Location: London

Salary: GBP 60k per annum

Responsibilities:

1. Work with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and business SMEs to understand requirements and articulate them in alignment with Product Vision.
2. Manage team productivity and ensure quality and integrity of UI.
3. Ensure that application design is robust, performant, scalable, and extensible for future needs.
4. Collaborate with tech leads of interfacing systems for application integrations.
5. Maintain the guardrail score at the agreed level.
6. Provide architectural designs for review and approval with LGIM.
7. Deliver estimates at the epic level.
8. Configure the system to deliver Stories.
9. Escalate delivery risks to project leadership.
10. Review configured rules and interact with the delivery team for clarifications.
11. Conduct unit testing of configured rules.
12. Support testing within the Sprint and resolve defects.
13. Support User Acceptance Testing and resolve defects.
14. Participate in daily stand-ups.
