Role: Pega-Lead System Architect

Location: London

Salary: GBP 60k per annum

Job Description

1. Require experienced Pega - Lead System Architect.
2. Work with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and business SMEs to understand requirements and shape/articulate them in a way that aligns with Product Vision, eases implementation, reduces risk, and results in a more robust, scalable, and extensible solution.
3. Manage team productivity.
4. Responsible for quality and integrity of UI.
5. Ensure that application design is robust, performant, scalable, and extensible for future needs.
6. Work with the tech leads of interfacing systems for all the application integrations.
7. Maintain the guardrail score at the agreed level.
8. Provide architectural designs for review and approval with LGIM.
9. Provide delivery estimates at the epic level.
10. Configuration of the system to deliver Stories.
11. Escalate to project leadership any delivery risks.
12. Review configured rules and interact with the delivery team to provide clarification or seek clarification.
13. Unit Testing of configured rules.
14. Support Testing within the Sprint and resolve defects.
15. Support User Acceptance Testing and resolve defects.
16. Participate in daily stand-ups.
