About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Solution Architect to design and implement cutting-edge automation solutions. This role involves architecture & design, business process modelling, client collaboration, and technical governance. You will play a critical role in optimizing business processes through Pega BPM and RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and structure scalable automation solutions for end-user computing tools.
2. Provide technical leadership for initiatives involving Pega BPM and RPA.
3. Implement best practices for architecture, security, and integrations.
4. Support development teams in designing and optimizing automation workflows.
5. Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical challenges.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. 12+ years of experience in Pega BPM and RPA, with expertise in both unattended and attended automation.
2. Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred.
3. Strong proficiency in integrating Pega with .NET and other enterprise applications.
4. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
5. Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication abilities.
