Key Responsibilities:

1. Performing Analysis of client requirements.
2. Provide detailed solution architecture and Design.
3. Drive the design changes and technical deliveries from architect stand point.
4. Lead and Develop Applications using Pega.
5. Ensure seamless data exchange with OSS/BSS customer profiles and Real Time event streams.
6. Define decisioning governance framework and ensure compliance with Pega best practices.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning and optimisation of decisioning workflows.
8. Ensure alignment with business objectives such as reducing churn, improving customer experience and increasing ARPU.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

1. As a Lead Decisioning Architect, you will be expected to own end to end Architecture, creating, running and maintenance of Offers, Strategies, campaigns.
2. Experience in designing and implementing AI driven Real Time decisioning solutions using CDH framework within Pega Infinity.
3. Experience in designing and developing Strategy, Actions, Proposition, Offer flow, Data Flow, When rules, Output Templates & Treatments, adaptive or predictive or score card models, volume constraints, reports in Pega Infinity.
4. Experience using NBAD (NBA Designer) for designing and implementing Decisioning Framework.
5. Experience in working across large customer data sets, preferably in large telco.
6. Runs simulations of scenarios resulting from suggested changes to the strategy, and provides input to the customer strategy group.
7. Pega Marketing/Decisioning certifications and Understanding of Campaign Management tools & processes.
