Job description

In the heart of Westminster, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is on the hunt for a PE Teacher / PE ECT for an ASAP, Jan or September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious PE Teacher / PE ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding PE Teacher Department. The school is renowned for its supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • PE Teacher / PE ECT

  • TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities.
  • ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training, and more.
  • ASAP, Jan or Sept 25 start - Full Time & Permanent.
  • Located in the Borough of Westminster.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining.
  • Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs.
  • Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level.
  • You must be able to work as part of a large team of PE Teachers.
  • Must be willing to listen to feedback.
